We will work around your schedule!
A typical wedding looks something like this:
CEREMONY
Performed by Tim (vocals/acoustic guitar)
  • Set up approx. 60-90 minutes prior to your guests arrival (we often set up our equipment for the whole day during this time e.g. ceremony, canapés and reception)
  • Live acoustic music during arrival of guests
  • Live acoustic music for ceremony (walking down aisle, signing register and leaving aisle)
  • Live acoustic music whilst your guests congratulate you and migrate to their next location.
CANAPES
Performed by Tim (vocals/acoustic guitar)
RECEPTION
A mix of solo and band performances
  • Live acoustic music for:
    • Arrival of guests
    • Bridal party entrance
    • Entrees & Mains
    • Tim will take short breaks throughout. Typical sets last for 30-45 minutes
  • We will have our crew meals during your speeches
  • Live music for your cake cutting and first dance
  • The band kicks in after the first dance. Upbeat/rock music. Usually 2-3 long sets until your package finishes.
NOTES/TIPS/SUGGESTIONS
  • We will arrive 60-90 minutes prior to arrival of guests at the reception if we are only booked for the reception
  • Our reception package is usually 5 hours. This is based off the average length of a reception. Time starts from the moment your guests arrive. We will perform within a 5 hour time frame and take breaks in accordance to your schedule.
    • Extra hours can be purchased. Ask for a quote.
    • You can’t purchase a 5 hour package and plug your iPod in once we finish. Just pay for extra time or bring your own speakers. We need to pack up our gear and get home to our comfy beds.
  • All clients receive a questionnaire once they secure the booking. This will guide you through your song selection process.
  • Yes, we are happy to learn a few songs for you. Some songs are not well-suited to a live music set up. In that case, we are happy to provide the mp3 recording on an iPod and play it through our PA system. This is a free service.
  • We must adhere to all regulations within the venue. We will follow their directions regarding start and finish time.
  • You will receive iPod music during our breaks
  • You will receive a wireless mic for speeches and mc

  • We only require a basic power outlet. No special power requirements.
  • Please ensure that we are undercover and that you have a safe space to dance

Right here!

We regularly perform at weddings, corporate events, private parties and other private functions.

Generally 60-90 minutes before we’re due to play.

We’ll be in touch with your venue on the week of your event.

You don’t need to worry about this stuff.

For example, you don’t pay extra for our set up and pack up time. This is all factored in the price. So, if you’ve paid for 5 hours, this starts when your guests arrive and the event kicks off.
